Today I was feeling brave! If you are a member of my family or close friend you will know how much I hate having my photo taken and much prefer to be behind the lens! I was trying to think of what to take today and decided that seeing as I am a portrait photographer I should really experiment with taking a photo of myself! It was an opportunity to be a little creative and focus on my hair and eyes. The black and white photo was taken this morning when I got back from my BNI networking breakfast meeting. The sun was streaming through the car windscreen so I thought I'd take this photo whilst I was wrapped up warm in my coat but also basking in the sunshine! I think I could either pass for an MI-6 agent or the latest celebrity wannabe!
The 2nd photo was taken this afternoon when I was working in the dining room. The sun was setting and the light through the window was so soft that I had another go at taking some photos but without the sunglasses or coat to hide behind! This third one is a little more artistic, I played with the contrast on the photo to really make my eyes and hair stand out.
